Resident pages

Residents of Hyvinkään Vuokra-asunnot have access to personal Resident Pages. You can register for the Resident Pages as soon as your lease agreement begins. Registration requires strong authentication with online banking credentials or mobile ID. After registration, you can log in to the pages with your chosen username and password.

Login
If you have already registered, you can proceed to log in by selecting “Log in” below. Enter your username, which is the email address you provided during registration, and your password in the opened view. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a link to reset your password to be sent to your email address through the “Forgot your password?” link on the Login page. If your email address has changed, you can create new credentials by registering again.

Registration

If you have not yet registered, you can proceed to register by selecting “Proceed to authentication” below. Registration takes place easily in three steps:

1. In the first step, you will be asked to provide your email address. This will serve as your username for the resident pages.
2.  In the second step, you will authenticate yourself strongly either with your online banking credentials or with a mobile certificate through Telia’s authentication service. After successful authentication, you will be automatically logged in to your resident pages.
3. After successful authentication, you will receive a message to the email address you provided, containing a link to set a password for yourself. In the future, you can authenticate to the resident pages using your email address and the password you set.
